Charles Town Races and Slots has selected Agilysys, Inc.’s Stratton Warren System (SWS), an inventory and procurement solution.

Charles Town Races & Slots includes a 150-room hotel, 5,000 slot machines and a thoroughbred racetrack. Located in Charles Town, W.Va., it s owned and managed by Penn National Gaming.

Charles Town Races & Slots is using the SWS inventory module to keep a current accounting of items in stock and reduce inventory carrying costs; the SWS purchasing module to improve accuracy in ordering; and the SWS bar coding module to enable wireless data collection of inventory.
