Using Web-based software from ReServe Interactive to manage dining reservations

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has implemented ReServe Anywhere, ReServe Interactive’s Web-based software, across four on-property restaurants to manage dining reservations.

“We chose ReServe because it was the only system that was PCI compliant, which allows our restaurants to obtain credit card information and secure reservations,” explained Monica Dorsey, vice president of food & beverage, Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. “From customizing the software through installation and training, the Reserve team was on property supporting the process from start to finish. This has been one of the most efficient business implementations I have experienced.”

ReServe Interactive’s Dining Reservations software efficiently manages table inventory and tracks customer seating and dining preferences, so restaurant staff can optimize covers and provide enhanced customer service. ReServe’s Smart Reservation Technology and intuitive platform combine to help customers increase revenue, improve service, build repeat business, and help new staff book reservations accurately and consistently. ReServe’s Table Management software’s graphical floor plan interface provides the visual information needed to manage floor activity and wait stations, accommodate special seating requests, calculate wait times, and maximize turns.

ReServe interfaces with the industry’s leading POS systems to automatically update table status, as well as with pager systems to instantly notify guests when their table is ready. Real-time and historical reporting on overall covers, server performance and guest preferences provides the data needed to monitor and increase performance.

Since 1996, ReServe Interactive has established key partnerships with several nationally recognized clients including Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Levy Restaurants, Restaurant Associates, McCormick & Schmick’s Restaurants, Harry Caray’s Restaurant Group, The Melting Pot, Gaylord Entertainment, Palm Restaurant Group and Patina Restaurant Group.
