State's new gaming laws allow expanded gaming, including increased bet limits and more games

New Colorado gaming laws went into effect on July 2 allowing expanded gaming, including increased bet limits and more games. As a result, casinos can offer games such as IGT’s Roulette Evolution, a dynamic automated/video version of the classic casino game, with higher bet limits to create more of a full-service casino experience. Featuring state-of-the-art technology and exciting community-play action, Roulette Evolution is now installed at a variety of Colorado casinos in Black Hawk, Central City and Cripple Creek.

Part of IGT’s M-P Series multi-player suite of products, Roulette Evolution features multiple chip values and wagering capabilities simulating live game action. In addition, this M-P Series game uses touch-sensitive, easy-to-use onscreen help and displays game histories via an onscreen trends button. Automated wheel action is viewed on a large LCD with game play occurring on an expansive 23-inch LCD monitor at each player station.

“Colorado casinos are providing their players something truly innovative with Roulette Evolution,” said Tim Richards, IGT table games director “Players are exposed to a new table game experience, plus the product is great for players who have always wanted to try their luck at a table, but maybe were intimidated by the live table. With Roulette Evolution, players can learn the game at the comfort of the player stations, without the pressure a live table might present them.”
