Will play pivotal role in the expansion of licensed entertainment brands, brand libraries, and overall product marketing

Former IGT executive Jean Venneman has joined Bally Technologies as vice president of product marketing and licensing.

Venneman began her 18-year career in gaming as a sales executive for International Game Technology’s IGT Europe subsidiary in The Netherlands. She quickly progressed upward through management ranks, holding increasing levels of executive responsibility within that organization. Immediately prior to joining Bally, Venneman was vice president, external innovation and licensing, IGT. She secured a number of entertainment brand licenses and managed a team of engineers, product specialists, artists, and mathematicians, and also maintained productive relationships with entertainment-industry companies such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, CBS Entertainment, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Freemantle Media, HBO and Lucas Films. During her tenure at IGT, Venneman was directly involved in the development and licensing of numerous trademarked or patented IGT slot products.
