HOTEL SYSTEMSPRO PARTNERS WITH FOUR WINDS INTERACTIVE
hotel SystemsPro, a pioneer of Web-based enterprise solutions that enable hotel companies to increase market share and revenue through improved property and staff performance, has announced a partnership with Four Winds Interactive (FWi). With this partnership hotel SystemsPro provides a seamless interface that lets hotel sales teams update guest and group information property-wide instantly and interact with promotional signage.
The nonexclusive partnership with FWi enables hotels to benefit from the seamless transition of data entered at designated terminals across property to the reader boards in lobbies, conference rooms and public areas. This technology eliminates the need for manual updating of reader boards and minimizes human error.
“The implementation of the hotel SalesPro interface to FWi is well worth the investment,” said Eli Finestone, director, F&F Realty Ltd. F&F Realty Ltd is the manager of multiple properties, including four hotels that implemented the new interface. “Prior to this, managing our static signage was labor intensive, prone to human errors, and expensive. With this solution, there is no labor involved.”

hotel SystemsPro’s widely installed hotel sales software solution, called hotel SalesPro, provides an automated catering platform for the interface between the reader boards and the scheduling system. Because the hotels maintain group and other property data within hotel SalesPro, the content may be sent to various digital signage pieces easily via the Web-based system.
