Kevin Miller has been named executive chef at the NASCAR Sports Grille inside Indiana Live! Casino in Shelbyville, Ind.  

Miller has enjoyed a long and successful culinary career during which he has worked in 13 U.S. cities at some of the nation’s top hotel and resort destinations. He joins NASCAR Sports Grille from Ameristar Casino and Hotel in Council Bluffs, Iowa, where he was assistant executive chef. Prior, he was executive sous chef at the Wyndham Hotel in Atlanta. He also served as sous chef and food and beverage manager at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and Convention Center in Atlanta.  

NASCAR Sports Grille will be a casual dining destination geared toward sports enthusiasts of all sorts to enjoy lunch, dinner and more. Capable of seating 265 guests, the restaurant will be filled with state-of-the-art plasma TVs equipped with cutting-edge audio to provide the best sights and sounds of televised sports around.
