Promoted to food and beverage director for Cannery Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas


Cannery Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas has promoted Bob Crane to the position of food and beverage director, responsible for supervising F&B at five dining outlets, five bars and lounges and the property’s 2,000-seat events center. Crane began his 16-year career at the Fiesta Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas as F&B manager. He moved to the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, where he served as beverage manager, and later held positions at the Adam’s Mark Hotel and Resort in Dallas and at Harrah’s Rincon Casino and Resort in San Diego.
