Kevin O’Toole, a regulator with 28 years of experience in gaming oversight and management, has been appointed executive director of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Currently a member of the Oneida Indian Nation Gaming Commission of New York and formerly a deputy attorney general with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, O’Toole was unanimously appointed by the board after an extensive nationwide search. He has served as an Oneida commissioner since February 2007 and was executive director of the commission for 10 years. He worked for the N.J. Division of Gaming Enforcement for 16 years, serving at one time as supervisor of the Casino Investigations Section. He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance and Commerce and a juris doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
