Kim Bailey Ginn has been named senior director of marketing for Pinnacle Entertainment’s planned casino resort in Baton Rouge, La. In her new role she is responsible for developing an integrated marketing program for the new property, including promotions, advertising, publicity and special events and all day-to-day marketing activities. A 16-year industry veteran, Ginn most recently served as Pinnacle’s corporate director of loyalty marketing and strategic partnerships and served concurrently for a year as senior director of marketing at the company’s L’Auberge du Lac Casino Resort in Lake Charles, La. Prior to joining Pinnacle she was director of marketing for Argosy Gaming’s Belle of Baton Rouge. In 2000 she was named “Marketer of the Year” by the Baton Rouge Sales and Marketing Executives and is a recipient of the “Pinnacle Award” from the Advertising Federation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Louisiana State University’s Manship School of Journalism.
