AttorneysPaul A. BibleandDavid L. Mousel, formerly of Bible Mousel PC, have joined the Reno office of the law firm of Lewis and Roca. Bible, a former chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission, advises clients on all aspects of gaming law. He conducts due diligence investigations for business entities that are considering entering the American gaming market and advises borrowers and lenders with respect to Nevada’s anti-deficiency statutes. Mousel’s practice focuses primarily on the purchase and sale of gaming businesses licensed in Nevada, the institutional financing of those acquisitions, the licensing of entities seeking to engage in gaming in the state and administrative matters before the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Gaming Commission. Mousel is also licensed in California and has provided representation in Indian gaming-related matters as well. Lewis and Roca’s gaming practice group is national in reach, supporting casino operators, suppliers, state and local governments, communities, businesses, non-profit organizations, tribal governments and others in addressing casino gaming law, including interactive and mobile gaming, poker and interstate horseracing.
