Troy Dickbernd has been promoted to regional director of National Marketing, Mississippi Operations, for MGM Resorts International, formerly MGM Mirage. In his new position, he is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the air and bus charter programs for Beau Rivage and Gold Strike and for implementing initiatives to improve the overall financial and operational results of the National Marketing department. He also will provide operational and strategic direction for the regional National Marketing team in partnership with the Direct Mail, Transportation, Hotel Operations and Player Development departments. Dickbernd began his career with MGM Resorts in 2008 as regional manager of accounting and analysis. Prior to that he served as Central Division yield and analysis manager for Harrah’s Entertainment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Northwest Missouri State University.
