Frank Riolo has been appointed vice chairman of the board of directors of the Oneida Nation of New York’s Turning Stone Resort Casino, where he will serve as advisor on overall business strategies, manage various special projects and provide counsel on matters relating to Turning Stone. Riolo previously served as chief operating officer of Nation Enterprises, the Oneidas’ gaming, hospitality and entertainment group. He began his career in gaming as a dealer at the Four Queens in Las Vegas and later worked at the Las Vegas Hilton and the Golden Nugget. He also served as vice president and general manager of Primadonna Corp., which operated two casinos in Nevada.
