First two suppliers to meet a stringent list of criteria to gain such designation

Continuing a partnership that has lasted and grown over 20 years, International Game Technology (IGT) has named JCM Global the company’s first Strategic Technology Partner. JCM Global is the first IGT supplier to achieve the designation. As a Strategic Technology Partner, JCM will work closely with IGT to develop new and innovative technologies that will improve the global gaming industry.

IGT developed a stringent list of criteria a company must meet to gain designation as a Strategic Technology Partner.

IGT Director Supply Chain Management Rick Lloyd said, “JCM and IGT have had a very productive and beneficial relationship since we first brought the embedded bill validator to the gaming industry in the early 1990s. Earlier this month, IGT designated JCM Global’s incredible new iVIZION bill validator as the “global default component” for all new IGT gaming devices manufactured by The distinction means that IGT will place iVIZION into all new sales where applicable or permissible, plus into all IGT participation games.

Effective October 1, 2010 through October 1, 2013, FutureLogic’s GEN2 Universal and GEN3 Evolution gaming printers will be IGT’s printers of choice for all installations worldwide.
