Bally re-enters Australia, New Zealand market
Bally Technologies is re-entering the Australian gaming market with its debut at the Australasian Gaming Expo at the Sydney Convention and Expo Centre next week.
“It is time to officially announce to the world that Bally is bringing its 78 years of innovation back to the Australian market,” said Gavin Isaacs, Bally Technologies chief operating officer. “We have established a sales and service office in Sydney, led locally by longtime gaming industry experts and my former colleagues Michael McNee and Ron Jeffrey, and regionally by Cath Burns, vice president and managing director of Bally Asia-Pacific, who is also an Australian. This experienced team is working with our Bally global staff to ensure that we bring the right games and systems products to Australia so that our customers can fully capitalize on Bally’s world-class innovation.”
Bally will present a sampling of its award-winning portfolio of advanced games and systems technologies in its 135-square-meter exhibit in Booth 360.

Show attendees will see how the Pro Series cabinets add to the game excitement with a custom HD surround-sound stereo experience, game lighting synchronized with game play, and the iDeck for even greater player interaction.
Additionally, Bally will showcase a number of games on its ALPHA Elite V32 vertical cabinet, including the industry’s hottest new game: Cash Spin with U-Spin gesture-control technology that enables players to spin a virtual bonus wheel on the display just as if it were an actual physical wheel. Also on display will be several of Bally’s Quick Hit games. And Bally also will present Fireball, one of its most successful video slot products.
Bally Technologies also will use the AGE show to introduce its portfolio of advanced slot accounting, player-tracking, marketing, and bonusing systems technology to the Australian gaming market.
