Foxwoods, MGM Grand launch two newFoxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods have launched two new levels of the Dream Rewards Program with the introduction of the Diamond Elite and Platinum Member Dream Cards.
The new cards offer exclusive new benefits and rewards to qualifying members.
These include private reserved parking, private Players Lounge, complimentary hotel accommodations seven days per week, exclusive V.I.P. check-in and no waiting in line for dining, entertainment and spa reservations.

GSA adds Techlink to its membership rosterThe Gaming Standards Association has added responsible gaming to its list of segments its membership covers. Techlink International Entertainment Ltd., of Sydney, Nova Scotia, has joined GSA as a platinum member.
Techlink has spent the last decade developing internationally recognized responsible gaming solutions proven to provide players with the information and tools they need to play responsibly. The company has two core product lines: the Gameplan System, a responsible gaming solution, and the Performer, an electronic gaming machine.

Million-2-1, Rank partner to deliverMillion-2-1 has announced that it has formed a partnership with Rank plc, one of the UK’s largest gaming operators, to deliver leading IGT and Barcrest Group mobile gaming content nationwide.
As part of the initial launch in February, Hi-5, Elvis, Top 20 and Ooh Aah Dracula will be available to Rank customers via Blue Square and Mecca brands.

TableMAX gets deals in California, OklahomaTableMAX Gaming has complete two separate deals to place versions of its automated table games at properties in Oklahoma and Northern California.
The company executed a contract for its Caribbean Stud Poker and Progressive Blackjack games in Oklahoma. The Quapaw Casino in Miami, Okla., has ordered two TableMAX Systems to be installed in March. Quapaw Casino offers players nearly 500 electronic gaming devices and eight live table games.
Steadily growing popularity of the electronic table games among players has led the company to a consistent string of success in Oklahoma. All TableMAX Systems feature $1 minimum bets as well as an optional 50-cent side bet. The side bet is a proprietary TableMAX feature that gives players the chance to win a life-changing progressive jackpot.

Harrah's, MTV Games partner on Rock Band competitionWorld class gaming and music entertainment leaders Harrah’s Entertainment and MTV Games, a part of Viacom’s MTV Networks , have joined forces to find the best Rock Band gamers in America with the first-ever Total Rock, Total Rewards Rock Band Competition.
The competition kicks off in March when Harrah’s Entertainment properties become the first in the world to have official and permanent, fully equipped Rock Band entertainment stages.
Throughout March and April, seventeen Total Rewards casinos will host local, weekly Rock Band Competitions, allowing fans of the popular game to win an Xbox 360 and Rock Band bundle as well as other Total Rewards items and Rock Band apparel and accessories. Four regional competitions will then offer customers the chance to win more than $50,000 in prizes.
The ultimate winning band will be given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to open for the legendary B-52’s at the House of Blues in Atlantic City on May 9th and will win $10,000 in prize money, making this the richest Rock Band competition in history. In addition, visitors at participating Total Rewards casinos across the country will be able to pick up their choice of guitar, bass, drums or vocals and rock out throughout the year during special Rock Band Nights.

The local Total Rock, Total Rewards Rock Band Competition will be open at participating properties to pre-registered amateur acts, 21 years and older, on a first come first serve basis. The events will be hosted and promoted by local radio stations. The Rock Band game scoring system will be used to score the participating rock bands on skill and performance, and MTV Games will provide the pre-determined song list for all the competitions.
The winning band from each location will then have a chance to go head-to-head at celebrity-judged competitions in Las Vegas on April 16, Chicago Area on April 24, New Orleans April 30, and Atlantic City on May 7.
The four winning bands, one from each regional competition, will then have a chance to compete for the championship title in Atlantic City on May 8th. The regional events and Atlantic City events will be produced by MTV Networks Special Events, and hosted and judged by MTV, Harrah’s, and local celebrities. Each band will compete on multiple Rock Band songs.
