Philadelphia, Pa.-based Iverson Gaming Systems, a global provider of gaming management solutions, has negotiated and signed a System Provider Cashless Agreement with International Game Technology (IGT) that allows Iverson to offer TITO functionality with their SLOTMaster Casino Management System. The agreement is designed specifically for TITO and will have no financial implications on Iverson’s previous or future cashless installations utilizing electronic funds transfer.
“We are excited to have worked out a deal with IGT that allows Iverson to continue with our proven electronic funds transfer capability while adding TITO to our stable of products,” said Joanne Iverson, president of Iverson Gaming Systems. “We initially developed EFT to leapfrog TITO to eliminate the need for casinos to purchase the required peripheral hardware and other expenses necessary to run such a system; however, it is the casino’s clientele that ultimate determine the casino’s choices. And it is apparent that in many jurisdictions patrons have a stronger comfort level with a tangible ticket than an electronic bank account.”
The offering of TITO is just one more development for Iverson Gaming Systems, who specialize in casino management systems and customer service. Coupled with electronic funds transfer, conventional payment methods or a combination of methods, Iverson continues to provide casinos needed flexibility and functionality suitable for each enterprise. Add to that their continued willingness to customize applications, and anything becomes possible.
According to company press materials, Iverson serves gaming customers globally with a focus on multi-site casinos, cruise gaming, small-to-medium casinos and a range of emerging gaming markets. The company’s premier product, the SLOTMaster Slot and Player Tracking system, includes EFT functionality, a large touch screen display for graphical player interface, an interface to the Fidelio Property Management System, and a casino accounting system which integrates and harmonizes legacy accounting systems.
