032814 POTW_Coffee restaurant from Sambalatte_300Sambalatte, a Las Vegas-based premier coffee restaurant, recently opened of its newest location, situated in a highly visible outdoor plaza at Monte Carlo on the Las Vegas Strip.

The new restaurant, which officially opens May 1, will be the brand’s largest venue to-date and will feature its award-winning menu items and amenities. Sambalatte at Monte Carlo will exclusively feature a coffee bean roaster and a state-of-the-art coffee lab, providing “The Theater of Coffee,” so guests can enjoy watching the roasting process by the experts. Sambalatte will be located Stripside at Monte Carlo as part of the resort’s transformation of its front entrance. The new plaza will feature an array of casual eateries, bars and restaurants in a social environment.

“This is a dream that I’ve focused on for more than 10 years,” said Sambalatte founder and owner Luiz Oliveira in a prepared statement. “To expand Sambalatte has always been our vision, and to finally open a location on the Las Vegas Strip will expose our brand to visitors from all over the world.”

The new Sambalatte will offer guests 3,300 square feet of indoor space with the capacity to hold approximately 80 people. Outside will highlight a spacious patio that features a view of the Las Vegas Strip and a seating area for 100 people. All the familiar and delicious Sambalatte menu items will be available including coffee, savory sandwiches, salads, pastries, desserts, and a grab-and-go open food case. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art coffee lab featured behind a glass wall, a variety of unique brewing techniques and technology, flat-screen televisions, free Wi-Fi, multiple power source work stations and more.
