The  COG technology was released earlier this month and Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, and is already the second casino to launch the innovative technology.

Jackson Rancheria is a new client to House Advantage, and COG is replacing a competitive solution at the property. COG is fully integrated into Jackson Rancheria’s existing casino management system, and empowers the property to expand and enhance its mobile engagement with customers utilizing multiple engines to keep players’ attention on the app.

Key features include fast feedback with adPressions, real time awards, refer-a-friend rewards and rich, centrally managed content on the customer’s casino amenities. Full social media integration allows users to bridge their online and casino experiences.

“Mobile outreach is a key element of our overall marketing strategy, and we were not experiencing the results we wanted with our existing platform. After seeing a demonstration of Casino On the Go, we were convinced that its multiple layers of engagement and interactive content made it the solution we were searching for,” said Jackson Rancheria director of information technology Damien Dinh.
