The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) and Lockton Insurance Brokers opened the gates on the NTRA's new risk management and employee benefits insurance program today at the Global Symposium on Racing & Gaming in Tucson, AZ. The NTRA's new insurance program will help racetracks and racinos identify and reduce hidden risks in their existing insurance protection, driving costs down and increasing safety.

The new NTRA insurance program offers tailored insurance products including:

- Jockey accident
- Group medical
- Life and accidental death and dismemberment
- Voluntary benefits products
Through this new program, Lockton also provides racing operators with services including insurance policy analysis, loss control and safety, and claims advocacy.
