“We’re very pleased with our year-end results, which demonstrate an unwavering loyalty from our customers,” said Rob Norton, President & GM, Maryland Live! Casino. “We’re proud of everything we have accomplished this year, especially in the face of new competition. Our performance reflects a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as the passion and hard work of everyone here at Maryland Live!.”
Maryland Live! has consistently outperformed all competitors in the State, as well as the leading properties in Atlantic City, West Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania. The property enjoyed an eventful year marked by continual growth and increased revenue generated from the ongoing addition of new slot games, table games, new restaurants and other entertainment offerings.
In 2015, Maryland Live! looks forward to the addition of other new restaurants, including Morty’s Delicatessen, a traditional New York-style deli, which is now open. In addition, development plans for a hotel at Arundel Mills will continue to move forward; as well as plans for the first Live! branded property in another gaming jurisdiction, the Live! Hotel & Casino in Philadelphia’s Stadium District (in partnership with Greenwood Gaming).
“It’s a very exciting time for all of us at Maryland Live!,” continued Norton. “We are full steam ahead with all the new development projects planned for the coming year in Maryland, as well as Philadelphia.”
Maryland Live! is currently the highest taxpayer in the State, as well as one of the largest employers with approximately 3,000 Team Members.
