Snoqualmie Casino taps IGT systems
Football isn't the only subject related to winning a fierce competitive battle in the Seattle area as casino gaming entertainment leader IGT won the replacement bid to install its Advantage 9.1 System with Media Manager and Service Window at Snoqualmie Casino.
The comprehensive systems solution includes IGT's Point Play and Xtra Credit bonusing applications, Media Manager, and IGT's Service Window, connecting 1700 slot machines floor-wide. As the first systems provider to gain approval from the Washington State Gambling Commission for bonusing and server-based applications, IGT secured this replacement business on the merits of its industry-leading systems innovation and reputation for seamless systems migration in Washington.
"There was tremendous competition for this business and once again IGT emerged as the winner in systems innovation. We're excited about expanding our partnership with Snoqualmie Casino with IGT systems and solutions designed to increase player engagement, floor optimization and most importantly, ROI," said Mark Wiedemer, IGT Director Global System Sales.
"As Seattle's Closest Casino, we're proud to build on Snoqualmie Casino's reputation of providing the state-of-the art facility and experience for our customers. IGT systems increase player engagement and excitement by offering truly personalized experiences that resonate and help drive loyalty. We believe that migrating to IGT systems will make a huge positive impact on our floor optimization and performance," said Tim Barker, Snoqualmie Casino Chief Gaming Officer.
With its IGT Advantage 9.1 system installation, Snoqualmie Casino will deploy IGT's Point Play "downloadable credits" and Xtra Credit "free play" bonusing applications floor-wide. Snoqualmie Casino will also leverage IGT's Service Window and Media Manager applications to offer real-time incentives to players for redemption throughout the property.
