100914_CAMSWaterfall_300CAMS, LLC, a leader in providing online gambling and lottery operators with payment connectivity, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification services and geolocation announced that they have been granted a full Casino Service Industry Enterprise License from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).

This level of licensure exceeds the requirements of the New Jersey DGE. CAMS committed themselves to a more rigorous certification process in order to illustrate their long-term commitment to the industry and set the gold standard for companies within the online gaming space.

“New Jersey has been an important state for us as well as the industry at-large,” said CAMS CEO Matthew Katz. “This was the first populous state in which to deploy and fine-tune age and ID verification as well as geolocation. We look forward to serving other states that adopt licensed and regulated online gaming.”

Full licensure was the final step for CAMS as they provide KYC verification and payments services to gaming sites within the state. CAMS was previously granted a provisional waiver by the New Jersey DGE in order to allow them to serve the industry during its rapid roll-out in 2013.

Using proprietary and industry-leading applications, CAMS provides merchants in the gaming industry with the tools they need to reduce risk, comply with regulation and increase profitability. Merchants leverage CAMS’ expertise in payments connections, Know Your Customer services such as age and ID verification as well as geolocation and fraud management - all through a single integration, thereby saving time, money, and valuable resources.

The CAMS waterfall approach utilizes multiple age and identity sources to help legal-aged players gain approval and register for real money play.
