Buddy Frank, vice president of slot operations at Pechanga Resort & Casino, has held similar positions in California and Nevada gaming operations over the past 20 years. Frank teaches gaming courses at San Diego State University and serves as a contributor and member of the editorial boards of Casino Enterprise Management and Native American Casino magazines. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
