Win Systems, a global technology supplier for the gaming and entertainment industry, has successfully installed its Casino Management System WIGOS at the Garcia River Casino located in Point Arena, Calif. This event strategically positions the company to continue expanding its CMS install base in the United States, and in particular, within Native American gaming jurisdictions.

The migration to the WIGOS system at Garcia River Casino connected 150 terminals operating in a TITO environment. The system features player tracking, a very useful and important tool to collect customer information for promotions & loyalty programs which, when combined with the newest In-Touch screens integrated into the gaming machines, will offer a different and more exciting customer experience.

Garcia River Casino also installed Win Systems’ PromoBox, a promotional self-service kiosk, where players can manage their account, change their accumulated points for gifts and even print raffle tickets.

“The WIGOS system offers both impressive functionality and tremendous value for our property,” said Stan Spencer, general manager at Garcia River Casino in a prepared statement. “We are excited to share the system with our guests and look forward to enhancing guest experience through the utilization of the many features WIGOS has to offer.”

“We are happy to start this new collaboration with a Native American casino such as Garcia River, and as it is usual with all our clients, we look forward to a close and long lasting relationship,” added Eric Benchimol, Win Systems’ CEO. “Win Systems is going through the most important expansion process since its start-up; so each new migration to WIGOS is very significant for the company’s consolidation in the gaming industry, and in particular in the United States, one of the largest and most competitive markets in the world.”

Win Systems has over 200 casinos operating with its WIGOS casino management system with over 55,000 machines connected, according to company literature.
