Casino Marketing & Technology Conference, the gaming industry’s premier marketing education and networking event to be held here at Paris Las Vegas July 12-14, celebrates its 13th year with an impressive array of speakers, sessions, awards and networking events.

This year’s conference offers attendees two tracks of sessions; marketing and technology, the technology sessions focusing on key solutions that are designed to help casinos achieve marketing goals. This new educational format debuted last year to over 500 attendees, a sold-out trade show floor and highly positive reviews from participants.

The program will be composed of 14 marketing and technology breakout sessions, running concurrently, two keynote addresses and two general sessions. The breadth and reach of the program can be seen in a sampling of session titles: “How to Use Facebook and Build ROI,” “Let’s Get Serious About Email Marketing,” “Building a Data-Driven Marketing Culture,” “Slot Marketing Success Stories (*and Failures) and “10 Tactics to Restore Value to Casino Players and Reclaim Revenues for Your Property.”

Featured speakers also include Aron Ezra, who will speak to the topic of “Games Beyond the Gaming Floor: How Games are Being Used to Improve Everything from Revenue to Customer Service to Employee Engagement,”; and Randall Fine, managing director, The Fine Point Group, whose afternoon keynote on Thursday, July 14, is entitled, “Five Big Things We Can All Learn From Scarlet Pearl.”

Connecting with customers by combining traditional media and digital platforms will be the focus of the opening keynote speech at the Casino Marketing & Technology Conference. The speech, entitled, “After the Revolution: Engaging and Acquiring Customers in a Social-Mobile World,” will be delivered by Michael Perhaes, vice president of corporate marketing, Wind Creek Hospitality. The speech will address how casino marketers, whether they are targeting regional or local customers or out-of-market tourists, can learn tactics that are scalable and affordable, enabling them to build new and vital connections to their customers.

Casino Marketing & Technology Conference will be preceded at Paris Las Vegas by Raving Consulting’s popular Host Development Conference, July 11-12. It will be immediately followed by an opening night reception, held on the trade show floor.

The conference also features the prestigious Casino Marketing & Technology Lifetime Achievement Award, which will be presented to James F. “Jim” Allen, chairman, Hard Rock International, and CEO, Seminole Gaming; and the Romero Awards: Recognizing Excellence in Casino Marketing, which will be given during a special breakfast ceremony on July 14. The winners of Casino Journal Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Products awards will also be announced on the 14th prior to the afternoon keynote session.
