Wind Creek Hospitality (WCH) has promoted three team members to executive positions. Cody Williamson will serve as the new vice president of regulatory affairs and compliance for WCH, Kay Simmons has been selected as property manager for Wind Creek Casino & Hotel, Wetumpka (WCW) and Terri Morris is the new assistant property manager at Wind Creek Casino & Hotel, Atmore (WCA).
 
Not only does each of these team members hold an impressive resume, but they are also all enrolled members of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Brent Pinkston, chief operating officer for WCH, stated,” It is a privilege to work with these team members. They each have a genuine commitment to their tribe and to the company, and I am confident they will continue to contribute to the success and expansion of our operations in their new positions.”
 
Cody Williamson-Prior to taking on his new role, Cody served for seven years as the property manager at WCW. He was the director of purchasing for PCI Gaming (now known as Wind Creek Hospitality) as well as an attorney in the Poarch Creek Indians tribal legal office. He has a finance degree from the University of Alabama as well as a law degree from the University Of Alabama School Of Law.  
 
Kay Simmons- Kay has more than 25 years of experience in finance, compliance and operations. Her most recent tenure of seven years is with WCH, where she has served as director of regulatory compliance and as assistant property WCA. She has a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of West Florida and is an alumna of Deloitte accounting firm. Kay is the first women to hold the title of property manager at any of Wind Creek Hospitality’s locations.  
 
Terri Morris-Terri has been employed with the Poarch Creek Indians for more than ten years. She began working as a human resources assistant for Creek Indian Enterprises(CIE)  in 2004, then  moved to the Tribe’s Gaming Operation in 2007 as the employee relations manager. Shortly after her transition into the gaming operation she was promoted to employee relations director. In 2012  she accepted the director of staffing & recruitment position where she served until obtaining her newest role as WCA assistant property manager. Terri is a graduate of Faulkner University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management.
