As anticipation for the opening of Atlantic City’s most iconic destination grows, there is extensive preparation behind the scenes at TEN by some of the most accomplished executives in the hospitality and gaming industry. “Our executive team is what makes the difference. That is why I am excited to announce our best-in-class executives with unmatched expertise and vision” stated Robert Landino, chief executive officer of TEN.
TEN staff have been working around the clock to ensure the TEN brand, which reflects the highest standard of quality and services, will provide the most absolute experience that guests deserve.
“Opening an over 6 million square foot, 47 story, and 1400 room resort is no small feat. We have gathered an elite team within our industry and intentionally recruited seasoned executives specific to the Atlantic City market to execute this massive reopening effort,” stated Robert Landino.
While the success of the TEN property is largely dependent on the quality of the executive team, paramount to that success is delivering core amenities that define a top-rated resort experience. Meet the TEN executives responsible for delivering premier gaming, hotel and dining services:
Frank Leone | SVP of casino operations: The gaming floor at TEN is one like no other in Atlantic City with modern appeal and natural light. A result of increased focus on gaming at TEN is the hiring of Frank Leone, senior vice president of casino operations. Frank is widely considered to be among the best in the industry. Prior to TEN, Frank oversaw the gaming operations at the Trump Taj Mahal, Foxwoods, MGM Grand at Foxwoods and SLS in Las Vegas. “We have assembled a remarkably talented team that has the advantage of knowing the market, knowing the customer, knowing what works, what does not, and having distinct plans to make the TEN casino experience the best in country,” stated Frank Leone.
Some of the immediate enhancements under Frank’s supervision will be a complete reconfiguration of the casino floor with improved sight lines, pathways and ease of navigation. Additional improvements will include a poker/keno/simulcasting presence on the main casino floor, a dedicated Asian gaming area with a noodle bar within close proximity, banks of flat screen TV’s in the pits, the most popular slot product/themes, and reconfigured banks in an atmosphere that will keep customers engaged. Other key gaming features under Frank’s leadership will include one of the most robust tiered loyalty/reward card programs in the industry including multiple player dining clubs.
Cindi LePine | VP of hotel operations: Direct interface with hotel guests will define the TEN experience. To this end, TEN has hired Cindi LePine, vice president of hotel operations. Cindi has over twenty-six years of experience of overseeing the delivery of the best quality hotel services in Atlantic City. Prior to joining TEN, Cindi served as director of hotel operations at the Taj Mahal. Cindi’s exclusive experience in Atlantic City positions TEN with guest-centric, affordable luxury for all ages that includes top-rated rooms and suites, VIP reservations, impeccable housekeeping, world-class spa amenities, convenient valet parking, and unrivaled in-room dining. “From the moment you choose to stay at TEN, to entering our property and enjoying the amenities, to the time you check-out – our number one priority is for our guests to have a 10 out of 10 experience. To strive for any lesser standard would contradict our core mission at TEN,” stated Cindi LePine.
Vincent Turrano | VP of food & beverage: Understanding there is no room for error when it comes to a dining experience, TEN has recruited Vincent Turrano as vice president of food & beverage. Vincent was most recently the vice president of food & beverage at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida. He has also served in executive capacities at Borgata’s and Bally’s while holding previous management roles at Tropicana and Resorts Hotel and Casino. “We take very seriously our mission to uphold the TEN standard of delivering top-quality services when it comes to providing world-class meals and drinks and the best dining in Atlantic City,” stated Vincent Turrano.
As pre-opening plans continue at TEN, property developer and owner Mr. Glenn Straub has been working diligently to ensure that once TEN is fully operational, it will offer the widest array of amenities unlike any other resort in the market. In addition to the world-class hotel, spa and dining amenities, such family-friendly and guest-centric entertainment features will include zip lines, rope courses, boutique movie house, interactive bowling, high performance mini-car racing, fitness training, and cooking and dancing lessons for all ages. Straub’s vision for the property will make TEN a transformative experience for all visitors.
