Integrity Gaming Corp. (Integrity or the company) recently announced that Peter Macy has resigned as chief executive officer and director of the company to pursue other interests. Robert Miodunski, currently a director of the company, has been named interim CEO. The board will commence an immediate search for Macy's successor.
"The board thanks Peter for his years of service and leadership," said David Danziger, the chairman of Integrity. "We wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
Miodunski will assume the CEO role on an interim basis effective immediately. Macy will be available to assist with the transition as required. "The board appreciates Peter's leadership and contribution to the company's success," said Miodunski. "Integrity has a solid installed base of machines and customers in its key markets of Oklahoma and Texas and I'm very excited to lead the search for a new CEO to guide the company into its next phase of growth."
