It has been a very fruitful summer for BMM Testlabs, which saw the company receive approval by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) as an independent testing lab (ITL) for interactive gaming equipment and interactive game themes to be utilized within Pennsylvania, while also gaining approval from the West Virginia State Lottery Commission to perform independent testing for sports wagering equipment.

“BMM has been licensed and approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board as an ITL since 2015,” said Travis Foley, COO of BMM International in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to have received this new approval and appreciate the opportunity to continue to provide our expertise across the interactive gaming space.”

The approval means that BMM will perform testing services on interactive game software utilizing the standard within PGCB regulations, and provide its test reports to the PGCB’s gaming lab.

The company was also reportedly pleased with its nod of approval from the West Virginia State Lottery Commission.  “BMM has tremendous expertise in testing sports wagering, having been chosen by the majority of sports systems providers in the last 12 months,” Foley said. “We have a dedicated sports betting team of experts and consultants to design the methods, tests and specific checklists to ensure the accuracy and quality of our service is world-class. Our expertise ranges from sports betting to systems to daily fantasy sports and mobile wagering.”

Las Vegas-based BMM Testlabs is one of the longest established and experienced private independent gaming certification labs in the world, providing professional, technical and regulatory compliance services to the gaming industry since 1981.
