Casino Marketing & Technology Conference Introduces Mobile Technology Workshop
LAS VEGAS, NV, January 11, 2018 - Casino Marketing & Technology Conference, gaming's premier marketing tradeshow being held at Caesars Palace, July 17-19, introduces Mobile Experience and Engagement Training (MEET), the industry's first-ever dedicated mobile technology educational program. MEET, a day-long program, will address the full impact of mobile technologies on casino marketing and operations. It will be held Tuesday, July 17.
MEET's educational program was developed by Darren Withers, an industry consultant with 15 years of experience in direct mail, email, SMS, mobile app and mobile marketing solutions for a broad range of casino industry clients nationally. He is Tier 1 certified by the Mobile Marketing Association.
"Casino Marketing & Technology Conference is committed to helping casino marketers gain a competitive advantage using the latest solutions, so adding critical new mobile technology content is a natural and important fit," said Tom Esposito, Group Publisher, BNP Media Gaming & Hospitality Group. "We are thrilled to offer this inaugural edition of MEET to our audience and to be working with Darren Withers, who is an acknowledged leader in the mobile marketing field in our industry."
"As a longtime attendee and speaker at Casino Marketing & Technology Conference, I'm excited to be part of what BNP Media has built with this event and to add value to our industry through MEET," said Withers. "Mobile technology offers casinos so much in terms of relevant and conditional communication with players and operational efficiencies for staff to improve the guest experience today, so, together with our speakers, I look forward to offering a hands-on program that helps attendees leverage the full power of the new guest and employee engagement technologies at their disposal."
Among the mobile technology session topics to be covered at MEET are:
- Marketing and Advertising;
- Apps for Loyalty and Guest Experience;
- Database Marketing;
- Employee Engagement;
- Business Intelligence; and
- Systems Integrations.
Complete program details are available on the MEET webpage.
In addition to MEET, Casino Marketing & Technology Conference will be preceded by Raving's Host Development Conference, which will be held at Caesars July 16-17.
