Estars, a new engagement platform for e-sports events worldwide, has joined the World Series of Poker (WSOP), the longest-running, richest and most prestigious tournament series in the world, to bring the Estars Lounge to the 50th annual tournament series for the first time at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

Located inside the Pavilion Room at the Rio Convention Center, the Estars Lounge features an exclusive, vibrant area where Estars members can play a variety of gaming titles, socialize with friends and interact with top video game streamers, according to a press release.

“We’re thrilled to partner with the WSOP for Estars’ first live activation,” said Jeff Liboon, president of Estars. “Estars will be a destination for e-sports fans to supercharge their viewing experience.”

Using insights from top industry experts, Estars combines the best elements of competitive gaming with a social gaming platform, allowing fans to compete for virtual currency as well as participate in promotional sweepstakes for real-world prizes and exclusive in-game items.
