Agilysys, Inc. announced that Choctaw Casinos & Resorts has selected its Agilysys suite of Property Management System (PMS) products - including LMS, rGuest Book and rGuest Express Mobile to improve operational efficiencies, reduce costs and enhance the guest experience.

Delivering superior guest service with a proven solution was reportedly important for Choctaw. As part of their due diligence they conducted an extensive and comprehensive evaluation of property management (PMS) solutions from multiple competing vendors, leading to a clear selection of Agilysys’ LMS as the best choice due to its depth and breadth of functionality as well as its robust Casino Management Systems (CMS) integrations.

“Agilysys’ solutions came highly recommended, and we expect to begin realizing the benefits of our choice from day one.” said Mark Dunn, senior director of hotel operations at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts. “With Agilysys, we know we are getting best-in-class full-featured products backed up by a great team of experts. With a focus solely on hospitality solutions, the Agilysys people know our industry and our challenges, and will bring experience with best practices to the table.”

LMS SaaS will provide Choctaw a comprehensive property management system that includes IT infrastructure and support, freeing Choctaw to focus on its core business, guest entertainment. Seamless integration with Choctaw’s existing Agilysys InfoGenesis POS, and the addition of the commission-free rGuest Book booking engine and rGuest Express Mobile for mobile check-in and check-out, ensures that the entire guest experience is seamlessly integrated with onsite engagement.

“We are committed to serving our customers just as our customers are committed to serving their guests,” said President & CEO at Agilysys, Ramesh Srinivasan. “For that reason, we do our best to ensure a successful implementation designed to meet and exceed business objectives. Choctaw is set up for success and can rest assured Agilysys is there to help strengthen their operations for years to come.”
