Casino guests create digital TITO tickets on their mobile devices by scanning an existing voucher or via their VIP Preferred e-check accounts. They are then able to easily pair their mobile device to any slot or table game by simply scanning a QR code and can easily reload from their phone and retrieve their funds once playing is complete. A state-of-the-art audio system selected by the recently opened Hoiana Suncity integrated resort in Vietnam

To elevate the guest experience at the Hoiana Suncity gaming and entertainment venue, VISCO Joint Stock and ihD Ltd. has deployed cutting-edge HARMAN Professional audio-visual (AV) and background music (BGM) solutions.
Hoiana is the first beachfront integrated resort in Central Vietnam and had its preview soft opening last month. The casino resort consists of entertainment and gaming facilities by Hoiana Suncity as well as the 18-hole Hoiana Shores Golf Club and Hoiana Hotel & Suites, the first of four luxury hotels managed by Rosewood Hotel Group.
“The client wanted the latest high-tech audiovisual, background music, lighting solutions and LED video walls to enliven its gaming and entertainment venues,” said David Chua, general director for VISCO Joint Stock. “One of the challenges that we faced was that we began the project with 50 percent of the architectural drawings, while the rest of the design was put in place as the establishment was being built. We used HiQnet Audio Architect Software for programming and configuring all of HARMAN’s audio systems. Integrating a multitude of the AV and lighting equipment made this project an exciting challenge.”
The BGM system in the casino and F&B areas consists primarily of JBL Control Series speakers. Control 26CT, 24CT, 328CT, 322CT coaxial ceiling speakers, along with JBL Control 25AV 60-watt indoor/outdoor commercial speakers, deliver premium output with wide coverage. To remove resonances and deliver lower bass response, the Control 300 Series speakers were fitted with JBL MTC-300BB8 Backcans and JBL MTC-300BB12 Backboxes. To ensure extended durability, JBL MTC-300RG8 and MTC-300SG12 scratch-resistant square grilles were added to the speakers.
Mot Hai Bar, the stage bar setup at Hoiana Suncity with complimentary entertainment shows for players, consists of JBL AM5215/64 2-Way, fullrange loudspeakers, which are weatherresistent and feature a progressive transition waveguide for excellent pattern control. The JBL ASB7118 ultralong excursion high-power single subwoofer offers powerful bass with low distortion, while JBL AC18/95 passive compact speakers were integrated for their ease of mounting and highfidelity output. Also included were JBL Control 26CT two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeakers, a JBL CSMA2120 mixing console, an AKG PZM11 boundary microphone, as well as Crown CDi 4|600 power amplifiers.

Resorts World Las Vegas opts for the SYNKROS casino management system to power gaming operations

New, long-term deal allows Caesars Entertainment to expand loyalty programs with on-site credit card issuance and online gaming capabilities

Caesars Entertainment has inked a long-term agreement with Columbus, Ohio-based Alliance Data Systems Corporation—a premier provider of branded private label, co-brand and commercial card programs—to continue providing co-brand credit card services for Caesars properties.
Caesars Entertainment continued to grow through development of new resorts, expansions and acquisitions and operates primarily under the Caesars, Harrah’s and Horseshoe brand names. Caesars is focused on building loyalty and value with its guests through a unique combination of great service, excellent products, unsurpassed distribution, operational excellence and technology leadership.
The renewal agreement builds upon last year’s rebrand of the Caesars Rewards Visa co-brand credit card to align with the Caesars Rewards loyalty programs, one of the largest customer loyalty programs of its kind in the industry.
