Last month a press release crossed my desk about the Palmetto Forum for Gaming Studies—a group formed by two former South Carolina officials to examine the feasibility of bringing casino gaming to the state. Their goal is to determine if casinos are good for South Carolina, and something citizens will support.
When it comes to recent gaming expansion within the U.S., there is Pennsylvania and then everyplace else. Indeed, the Keystone State is now home to a rather impressive array of legalized gaming options, a list that includes casinos, racinos, pari-mutuel wagering, lottery, i-lottery and electronic gaming devices.
The latest edition of ICE London is in the books, and it lived up to the high standards set by previous versions of the event. Indeed, when the numbers are finally and officially tallied, ICE London 2019 likely surpassed its 33,500 overall attendees , a record that was set in 2018.
