Jason Yeghiayan has held leadership roles within the hospitality/gaming industry for major operators since 1994, including: Wynn Resorts, Mirage Resorts, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and Station Casinos. He has extensive experience implementing and managing internal and external teams to create large scale, high visibility deliverables. Jason has provided strategic program direction, team management & stewardship for design through implementation of various existing & evolving business systems, solutions & processes. He has proven ability to incorporate strong project methodology with a primary focus on deadline based delivery. Jason has led teams of professional project managers and developers to execute and deliver programs and projects under the Enterprise IT umbrella including corporate initiatives in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Gaming, Finance, Internet Commerce, Networking (wired/wireless), Guestroom Technologies, and Hotel Operations. Jason’s notable career accomplishments include: Opening of Wynn Resorts’ premier property, Wynn Las Vegas, Jason was responsible for the selection, procurement and implementation of all Back-of-House and Guestroom technologies. These systems included: Finance, Human Resources, Warehouse/Inventory Management, Security, In-Room Video, IP Telephony, Minibar Systems. Managed projects to replace the failing in-room automation and video delivery system for a 3000 room Las Vegas strip resort.
