Joseph Tingson is Vice President of Customer Experience & Strategy for JOINGO. He has extensive background in the areas of casino operations, marketing strategy and analytics with over 19 years of experience in the gaming industry. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Prior to JOINGO, Joseph was Solution Services Marketing Consultant with Konami Gaming and VP of Marketing at Fifth Street Gaming. As Director of CRM at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Joe played a vital part in the rollout of the Backstage Pass rewards program. He also held key positions within MGM Resorts International in financial planning & analysis, database marketing and loyalty marketing.
