Kathryn got her start with the Caesars Entertainment family in New Orleans in 2002 as an Executive Casino Host. Over the next few years she was promoted to Director of Player Development, and then National Casino Marketing Manager. Hurricane Katrina prompted a move to Las Vegas, where she held a series of roles in the VIP and National Casino Marketing (NCM) organizations with progressively greater responsibility, including Vice President of Casino Marketing for Harrah’s Las Vegas and Flamingo. Kathryn also served as Corporate Vice President of National Casino Marketing (NCM), helping improve results for the NCM sales teams and implementing a new contact strategy for NCM branches that nearly doubled the percentage of customer contacts from the previous year. Kathryn then took on the role of Regional Vice President of VIP Marketing, overseeing VIP business for properties in Louisiana, Mississippi, Iowa, Missouri, and North Carolina. Her leadership on the Asian Marketing strategy for southern properties resulted in tremendous growth. Most recently, she held the role of Vice President of VIP Sales & Operations, overseeing marketing strategy and operations for all Caesars properties outside of the Las Vegas market, and all VIP programs throughout the enterprise. Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Georgia State University.
