Lee Simonson is the Director of Loyalty Marketing at Northern Quest Resort and Casino. He started his career in 2004, working 12 years in Tables Games and 3 years in Loyalty Marketing. In his current role, Lee is responsible for the Players’ Club, Casino Hosting, Promotions, Direct Mail, the Northern Quest Facebook Page, and the Northern Quest Mobile App. While working in Loyalty Marketing, he has shifted the way Loyalty is viewed at Northern Quest by expanding the Loyalty Club into the non-gaming space and relaunched a players club loaded with meaningful benefits. Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Eastern Washington University and a MBA from Whitworth University. Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
