Mark entered into the gaming industry in 1996 as an Executive Director of Casino Marketing and since then, has held positions in player development, COO, Director of Operations, General Manager in several markets with organizations such as Affinity Gaming, Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino/Cities of Gold Casino and Fantasy Springs Casino.Since 2018 he has utilized his wide range of hands-on experience and passion for cutting-edge technology to create aggressive marketing campaigns focused on loyalty retention, profitable food and free play incentives and has utilized technology to improve guest experiences through faster, more effective service mediums. He’s also focused on a re-designed direct mail program to generate incremental revenues and reward regulars at Harrington Raceway.
