Trevor Taylor is a professional established senior executive in the gaming and hospitality industries with over twenty-five years of highly successful experience in profitable business plan development and is a strategic marketing plan expert. His professional practice is to solely focus on quantifiable marketing strategies in the gaming, hotel, resort, food & beverage and entertainment spaces. Mr. Taylor’s track record of proven success in the financial performance of casino hotels in competitive regional markets is due to his ability to implement those plans in properties that require a competitive edge and are seeking premier placement in their market places.

Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Development and Operations for Nevada Gold Casinos, Inc., a publicly traded gaming company, which during his tenure owned a minority share of Isle of Capri, Black Hawk, operated Vernon Downs and Tioga Downs in New York State under a management agreement, owned and operated a casino-hotel in Colorado, casinos in the State of Washington and a slot route business with twenty casinos in Deadwood, South Dakota.

Prior to being named an officer of Nevada Gold Casinos, Inc., Mr. Taylor served as Chief Operating Officer for Oceans Casino Cruises, a company managed by Nevada Gold based in Florida. Oceans Casino Cruises operated a number of cruise-ship casinos sailing in and out of ports in Florida and South Carolina. While there, Mr. Taylor established specific service standards for each operating department and designed a signature measurement program to evaluate and improve the service performance of his 2,800 member staff.

Before rising to executive level leadership, as a gaming property operator, Mr. Taylor repositioned gaming properties in highly competitive regional markets as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Marketing Director and Director of Player Development. Preceding property level senior management, he functioned as an executive host and casino host; he thoroughly understands casino operations from the ground up.
