✓ Facts checked against stake.us on Oct 23, 2026
Stake.us is the US sweepstakes version of the Stake brand, run by Sweepsteaks Limited from Cyprus. It is not a real-money casino: you play with Gold Coins for fun and with Stake Cash, which can be redeemed for prizes. I went through the Terms (v18.0), about 90 help-center articles, the App Store listing and archived copies of the lobby from April and October 2026, because the live site showed a bot check from our New York connection. Stake.us also faces a lawsuit from the Florida Attorney General, filed in August 2026.
- Sweepstakes model with Gold Coins and Stake Cash. It is 21+ and not available in 22 states or outside the continental US and Hawaii.
- One of the biggest libraries in sweeps: 3,000+ games by Stake's own count, about 30 Stake Originals, live dealer tables and a poker room.
- Florida's Attorney General sued Stake.us in August 2026 over its sweepstakes model. The case is pending.
Stake.us rating
Why these scores
- Sign-up 3.721+ only, with a Veriff ID-and-selfie check that must be done within 72 hours to get the welcome bonus, and 22 excluded states.
- Games 4.7Stake.us says it has 3,000+ games, with about 30 provably fair Stake Originals, Hacksaw and Nolimit City slots, live tables and a poker room.
- Welcome offer 3.0Stake.us does not publish the welcome bonus amount on its own pages, and bonus Stake Cash needs 3x playthrough.
- Purchases & redemptions 3.6Crypto and card purchases up to $9,000 a day, but no published redemption minimum or processing time and a currency lock.
- Support 4.624/7 live support on the site plus email, and a detailed help center of about 90 articles.
- Responsible play 3.8Break in Play and self-exclusion up to indefinite, but no self-service purchase-limit tool beyond the fixed $9,000 daily cap.
The overall score weighs purchases and redemptions most and is not a plain average: strong categories lift it, weak ones pull it down.

Stake.us welcome offer
Stake.us does not print a welcome bonus amount on its own pages. The help center says the welcome or affiliate bonus is emailed within 48 hours after you verify your email and account, and you must do that within 72 hours of registering. Affiliate codes can only be entered in the first 24 hours. After that, the promotions calendar is where Stake.us stands out: daily races, weekly SC promotions and a VIP club that pays rakeback from the first level.

Games at Stake.us
Stake.us says it hosts 'over 3000 games', and that slots alone pass 3,000. We could not count the lobby ourselves because the live site showed a bot check from New York, so the figure is Stake.us's own. The library mixes about 30 provably fair Stake Originals (Dice, Mines, Plinko, Crash, Limbo, Hilo, Keno, Wheel, Dragon Tower, Pump, Chicken, Tome of Life and more) with third-party slots from studios such as Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Twist Gaming, Titan Gaming, Paperclip Gaming, Valkyrie, Booming Games, Playson and BGaming. An 'Only on Stake' shelf carries exclusives such as Spicy SixSixSix, Unleashed Chaos and LIT City (Hacksaw), Waylanders Forge (Valkyrie) and Ganja Snail (Donut Gaming). There are also burst or crash games, scratch cards, table games and Stake Poker.
Game providers
Studios seen in the archived stake.us lobby and its provider links (Apr 21 and Oct 2, 2026) and named in Stake.us's own casino guide. Stake.us does not show game counts per studio, and the live lobby was behind a bot check from New York.
Popular games right now
The casino has Casino Home, Only on Stake, New Releases, Stake Originals, Slot Games, Live Dealers, Burst Games, Feature Spins, Table Games, Scratch Cards and Stake Engine sections, plus collections by mechanic (Megaways, cascading, multi ways), theme and promotion (Drops & Wins, Early Access). Stake Originals use a provably fair system you can verify with your own client seed. Stake.us Poker runs ring games, Sit & Go and tournaments, including knockout, mystery bounty, re-entry and satellite formats, with Hold'em, Omaha, Pineapple and All-in-or-Fold.
Live dealer and more
Stake.us has a Live Dealers section. In the archived lobby of Oct 2, 2026, the top tables were Iconic21's Blackjack, Stake Roulette 1, Baccarat, Gravity Blackjack, Take Deal or Risk Blackjack, Gravity Roulette and Grand Bonus Baccarat, plus City Roulette from Animo Studios. An April 2026 copy also listed many Evolution tables and game shows (Crazy Time, Ice Fishing, Lightning Roulette); we could not confirm those for October. You play live tables with Gold Coins or Stake Cash.
Legal status
On August 19, 2026, the Florida Attorney General sued Stake.us's operator in Hillsborough County Circuit Court. The suit alleges that the sweepstakes model is illegal gambling under Florida law and breaks consumer protection rules. The case is pending, and Florida is not on Stake.us's excluded-state list.
How to get free Stake Cash
Claim the daily login bonus, join the daily races and weekly promotions, watch for giveaways and bonus drops on Stake's social channels, or mail a handwritten request card with your unique postcard code to Sweepsteaks Limited, 13101 Preston RD STE 110-5027, Dallas, TX 75240 for 5 Stake Cash. Gold Coins cannot be converted to Stake Cash.
How to redeem Stake Cash
First verify your account through Veriff: you take a live photo of an original ID card or driver's license on a flat surface, followed by a live selfie (screenshots, paper and temporary documents are rejected). Play any bonus Stake Cash 3x, then go to Wallet > Redeem, choose the amount and confirm with your two-factor code or the code Stake emails you. You redeem in the currency you bought with: crypto back to crypto, or bank transfer if you made at least one card purchase. You can make one redemption request per 24 hours, and Florida players can redeem up to $5,000 a day. Stake.us does not publish a minimum amount or a processing time.
VIP club
Stake.us has 15 VIP levels: Bronze (10,000 SC played), Silver (50,000), Gold (100,000), Platinum I to VI (250,000 to 10 million), Diamond I to V (25 million to 500 million) and Obsidian (1 billion SC). 2 million GC played counts as 1 SC. Every level-up pays a bonus. From Bronze you get 3.5% of the house edge back as rakeback and a weekly boost every Saturday in the VIP Telegram channel; there is also a monthly bonus by email, daily reloads from Platinum, a dedicated VIP host from Platinum IV and custom benefits from Diamond.
Promotions and races
The lobby in October 2026 showed 50M GC Daily Races, a 25K SC weekly promotion, RNG Rush and Weekly Wrapped (each 50,000 SC or 500,000,000 GC), a 2x VIP progression boost on 'Only on Stake' games and SC1,000,000 in Next! Drops for poker. Stake.us also has an affiliate program that pays a commission based on the house edge of your referrals' play.
Mobile apps
Stake.us has two iOS apps: 'Stake US – Casino & Slots' (Sweepsteaks Limited, rated 4.7 from about 25,000 ratings, 18+ age rating in the store) and 'Stake US – Poker'. There is no Android app; on Android you add the site to your home screen.
Purchases and redemptions
Stake.us started as a crypto-only platform. Its Terms now allow fiat and crypto. Whatever you buy with, you must redeem in the same currency until your Stake Cash balance is zero. Bank-transfer redemptions require at least one successful card purchase on the account, and Stake.us does not publish a minimum redemption or processing time.
| Method | Purchase min/max | Redemption min/max | Redemption time | Fee |

Stake.us has two iOS apps (Stake US – Casino & Slots, rated 4.7, and Stake US – Poker). On Android you play in the mobile browser.
Responsible play
You must be 21 or older, and Stake.us verifies ID and a live selfie through Veriff. Under Account > Stake Smart you can take a Break in Play of 1 day to 3 months (you can still log in and redeem) or self-exclude for 6 months up to indefinitely. Both are irreversible. Purchases are capped at $9,000 per day, but there is no self-service purchase-limit tool. If gambling-style play stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.
