✓ Facts checked against modo.us on Oct 23, 2026
Modo.us is a US social casino run by ARB Gaming, LLC from Scottsdale, Arizona, with Bruce Buffer and John Daly as its faces. You play with Gold Coins for fun and, if you are 21+ and in an eligible state, with Sweepstakes Coins that can be redeemed for cash or gift cards. I went through the Terms and Sweepstakes Rules (both updated Oct 1, 2026), more than twenty help-center articles, the App Store listing and the lobby, where I counted the games per studio and every live table. We checked from New York, where Modo is Gold Coins only, so the site showed us the GC-only sign-up offer.
- Redemptions are Modo's strongest point: 50 SC for cash, 20 SC for gift cards, PayPal, and Trustly instant redemptions for a fee.
- 923 games from 25 studios in the lobby, plus 19 live tables from Iconic21, seven of them Modo exclusives.
- Tiered age rule (18+ for Gold Coins, 21+ for Sweepstakes Coins) and no SC in 18 states; Oklahoma SC play ends Nov 1, 2026.
Modo Casino rating
Why these scores
- Sign-up 4.0Quick registration and a phone-based ID check that usually clears in under a minute, but Sweepstakes Coins only unlock at 21.
- Games 4.1923 counted games from 25 studios plus 19 Iconic21 live tables, solid but well short of the 3,000-game leaders.
- Welcome offer 3.3Only 20,000 GC is published; the SC part of the sign-up bonus and any first-purchase deal are not shown on Modo's own pages.
- Purchases & redemptions 4.7Among the best routes in the market: 50 SC cash, 20 SC gift cards, PayPal, free standard redemptions within 24 hours and Trustly instant.
- Support 3.624/7 by email and ticket with replies within 12 hours, but no live chat.
- Responsible play 4.2Self-service daily, weekly and monthly purchase limits and timed self-exclusion in the account.
The overall score weighs purchases and redemptions most and is not a plain average: strong categories lift it, weak ones pull it down.

Modo Casino welcome offer
From New York, a Gold Coins-only state for Modo, the homepage offered 20,000 GC for registering. Modo's pages did not show us the Sweepstakes Coins part of the sign-up bonus, so check the offer from an SC state before you rely on it. Free Sweepstakes Coins also come from the daily reward, wheel spins, the monthly bonus, rank rewards and mail-in requests.

Games at Modo Casino
I counted 923 games in the provider strip of the modo.us lobby on Oct 23, 2026. Modo itself says 1,000+ on the website and 'over 2,500 games' in its App Store listing, so treat the number as a range. Most of the library is slots from mid-size US-facing studios such as Booming Games, BGaming, RubyPlay and Clawbuster, with lots of Hold and Win and Blitz-style titles. The big European names you find at some rivals (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt) are not in the strip.
Modo Originals (Blackjack, Plinko, Roulette and a few more) and a 'Sneak Peek & Exclusive' shelf add titles you will not find elsewhere, and the live casino has seven Modo-branded blackjack tables.
Game providers
Game counts from the 'Our Providers' strip in the modo.us lobby, Oct 23, 2026 (25 studios, 923 games). Not shown: Galaxsys (5), GameArt (4), Yatsu Gaming (3) and two logos without a readable name (39 and 10 games).
Popular games right now
The lobby has more than 30 shelves, including Top Games, New Games, Modo Monthly Billionaire, Recent Hits, Jili VS Ajoy, Hold and Win, Modo Showcase, Modo Originals, Sneak Peek & Exclusive, Live Casino, Classic, 3 Pots Plus, Vegas Favorites, Cascading Wins, Buffalo Blast, Fishing Fortunes, Megaways & More, Live Shows and Slots and Deck of Dice. There is also an Arcade tab. Modo Boxes are a separate product: virtual mystery boxes, bought with Wallet Cash, that hold physical or digital goods plus Gold Coins.
Live dealer and more
Modo's Live Casino has 19 tables, all streamed by Iconic21, and you play them with Gold Coins or Sweepstakes Coins. Seven are Modo exclusives: Modo Live Blackjack, Modo Live Prestige Blackjack, PBR Live Blackjack and the Modo Blackjack Royale, Basic, Deluxe and Imperial tables. The rest covers roulette, baccarat, poker, Sic Bo and game shows. A separate Live Shows and Slots shelf has streamer-style play-along games.
How to get free Sweepstakes Coins
Claim the daily bonus (it resets at midnight ET) and keep a 7-day streak for a wheel spin, watch for the monthly bonus and rank rewards, follow Modo's social giveaways, or mail a handwritten 4×6 index card with your Envelope Request Code to ARB Gaming, PO Box 164, Watertown NY 13601 for 3 SC. You cannot buy SC or convert Gold Coins to SC.
How to redeem Sweepstakes Coins
First verify your ID: under Account > Verifications you photograph the front and back of your ID, its barcode and a selfie with your phone, and the check usually clears in under 30 seconds. Then toggle to SC, click Redeem and choose a cash prize or gift cards. For cash you need at least 50 SC, and you add a bank account, Cash App account (as a bank account) or a Visa or Mastercard debit card you have used to buy before; you may be asked for a bank statement, voided check or card photo dated in the last 12 months. For PayPal you upload a PayPal direct deposit form once. Gift cards start at 20 SC and run through Prizeout. Standard redemptions are processed within 24 hours, and Trustly instant redemptions (one per day) arrive within minutes for a fee.
Modo Ranks and Modo Stars
Modo Ranks run from Steel through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond to Cosmic Diamond and Black Diamond. You earn 1 Loyalty Point per 10 SC played on slots (40 SC on table games), or per 1 million GC played (4 million on tables). Your rank resets every January 1, but your rewards for the year are set by the rank you reached the year before: weekly discount bundles, Pick-Me-Up rewards, bigger daily bonuses and birthday rewards. Modo Stars are earned with Gold Coin play and can be exchanged for GC, gift cards or Cash Wallet credit.
Purchase packages
Modo does not publish its Gold Coin package prices outside the logged-in store. Packages that include free Sweepstakes Coins carry a green SC symbol; in GC-only states Modo sells packages without an SC bonus. Crypto purchases through MoonPay start at $1.99.
Mobile app
Modo has an iOS app called 'Modo: Play, Win & Rip' by ARB Gaming LLC. It is rated 4.7 from about 59,000 ratings, carries an 18+ age rating and was #51 in the App Store's Casino chart on Oct 23, 2026. There is no Android app; on Android you play in the browser.
Legal status and state availability
Modo restricts Sweepstakes Coins state by state. Washington is fully blocked, and 17 more states are Gold Coins only (help center, Oct 16, 2026). In Oklahoma, SC packages stopped on Oct 1, 2026, and SC play and redemptions end on Nov 1, 2026. We found no lawsuit or state action against Modo on its own pages.
Modo Boxes
Mystery boxes bought with Wallet Cash. Each box shows its possible contents, their estimated value and the odds. Available to 18+ users in all states except Washington.
Purchases and redemptions
Modo has more redemption options than most sweepstakes casinos. Standard bank and debit card redemptions are free and processed within 24 hours, and Trustly instant redemptions arrive within minutes for a fee. You can buy Gold Coins by card, bank, crypto through MoonPay, or from a stored-value Cash Wallet. GC package prices are only visible in the logged-in store.
