A new game category that breaks ground in design, function, win potential and operator flexibility

Aristocrat Technologies has released Hit The Heights, a new game category that promises to rocket the player experience to new levels.

Hit The Heights is a new game category that the company says breaks ground in design, function, win potential and operator flexibility. Customized with a tower topper designed stand out on a slot floor, the rocket-style theme and bonus features give players a complete interactive and entertaining experience. Hit The Heights incorporates two video wheel bonuses, one unique to the game, and a second Hit The Heights bonus common in all games.

When players enter the Hit The Heights bonus, they touch the screen to launch rockets up to the video wheel in the top box. When the wheel is filled with possible prizes, it spins, shooting fireworks. As the wheel spins the dynamic prizes get bigger and the player goes up one level on the top rocket. The number of times the wheel spins is random, increasing the anticipation of the win for the player.

If the firework stops on a credit prize, the player wins that prize; if the firework stops on a Hit The Heights prize the player is awarded a mystery bonus prize based on the level they achieved in the top rocket. Player wagers a minimum of 35 credits (25 credits plus a 10 credit ante bet) to be eligible to win the Hit The Heights bonus feature or another wheel bonus feature unique to each base game.

Hit The Heights is powered by Aristocrat’s GEN7 platform, housed in Aristocrat’s VIRIDIAN cabinet and will launch with a choice of four base games: Jungle Beat, Space King, Wild Ned and Wish Big.

Aristocrat also recently released In the Gold, a new Class III game designed to make players feel they have the Midas touch.

Like treasure hunters of old, players will travel the world searching for golden treasure. Scattered shimmering coins bring bonuses and trigger the feature. In the feature, gold backgrounds steadily increase, and wins in gold backgrounds are doubled. If all backgrounds become gold, wins are multiplied by 10.

Powered by Aristocrat’s GEN7 technology, it is a five-line game with average volatility and with an average feature frequency. In The Gold is flexible, and while it was designed as a penny slot, it can easily be configured for a range of denominations up to $2.

In The Gold is an Xtra Reel Power title, which means players have the ability to purchase reels rather than lines, giving them up to 243 ways to win. With In The Gold, players choose the number of reels and bet per reel to begin their spin on the bull. The highest win is paid once on all reels played per symbol.

In The Gold offers players a wealth of chances to increase their riches of credits. The top scorecard award is 1,000 credits; the top award with feature is 10,000 credits; and the top single spin award is 40,000 credits.
