The team responsible for opening and operating the crown jewel of the City skyline (location of the former Revel Resort & Casino) is excited to announce its new brand, TEN. The TEN brand appropriately reflects its idyllic beachfront setting and complete guest experience as Atlantic City’s flagship property.

“It’s what’s next in Atlantic City. We are thrilled to share our brand with the public and to introduce a new era of resort and entertainment,” stated Robert Landino, CEO of TEN.

The number ten depicts the highest standard of achievement and is widely recognized as the benchmark of quality and excellence. “TEN joined with our infinity logo represents our mission to provide the highest-rated amenities and our daily endeavor to offer an infinitely perfect escape for our guests, families and businesses,” stated Robert Landino.

The TEN executive team is an assembly of the best-in-class in the resort and casino industry led by Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Alan Greenstein. Alan has thirty years of experience in the field and most recently managed the critical pre-opening of the TEN property (formerly the Revel), later serving as Revel’s CFO. “I am keenly aware of what systems and strategic business processes are needed to make TEN a success internally and externally. I know what works and what did not, and would not have returned if not for TEN’s strong forecasted financial model and all-star executive team. It is the most spectacular resort that I have seen in my career and I am determined to make it a success,” stated Alan Greenstein.

TEN is iconic. Its unmistakable silhouette frames the horizon from the Garden State Parkway. It is the tallest structure in Atlantic City at 710 feet and the second tallest in New Jersey with a remarkable footprint of over six million square feet. TEN’s striking design along the boardwalk offers unmatched floor-to-ceiling ocean views in each room as the ultimate backdrop to its stylish opulence and refined adventure. “TEN is a Las Vegas-quality resort directly on the beach. The name will get you in the door.

The experience will keep you coming back,” noted Greenstein. The TEN experience offers unrivaled elegance and affordable luxury for all that includes world-class rooms and suites, spas, pools, nightlife and day club escapes, gourmet dining, retail, a-list entertainment and gaming.

Breathtaking panoramas amid endless interior space outline the many attributes of TEN:

  • 6.3 million square feet, 47 stories, situated on 20 acres
  • 1,399 hotel guest rooms and suites (500 unfinished rooms with the ability to build a second hotel tower with an additional 1899 rooms – potential total room count of 3798 rooms)
  • 13 restaurants with all types of cuisine
  • 32,000 square feet of spa space with 32 treatment rooms
  • Over 7,000 space parking garage
  • 55,000 square feet of retail space
  • 2 theaters with capacity for 5,000 and 700, respectively
  • 3 nightclubs, a day club with performance deck, cabanas and salt water pool (42,000 square feet of space) and total 5 pool areas (indoor and outdoor)
  • 130,000 square feet of casino/gaming space with 2500 slot machines and 120 table games

A modern-day classic, the TEN brand symbolizes perseverance. “In many ways TEN is about a resurgence and commitment to the virtues of Atlantic City as a vintage East Coast destination while boldly redefining entertainment in today’s society,” stated Landino.

TEN is located at 500 Boardwalk Atlantic City, New Jersey and plans to open its doors in the first quarter of 2017 pending State of New Jersey licensing approvals. Media and public announcements to introduce executive team members and amenities at TEN are forthcoming.
