Gun Lake Casino recently announced plans to build a poker room, which is slated to open late summer of this year.

The 14-table non-smoking room will occupy the space that was once leased by Johnny Rockets and Villa Pizza, which includes 3,500 square-feet in space, and will be constructed by a local contractor, FCC Construction Inc.  Johnny Rockets and Villa Pizza’s lease concluded this past December, which offered the space for this new amenity.  The Gun Lake Tribe and casino has done extensive research to determine market demands.

“We are thrilled to offer this new amenity to our guests,” said Sal Semola, president and COO for Gun Lake Casino. “The Gun Lake Tribe has done an incredible job listening to our guests and community, which this new poker room is attributed to.”

The new poker room will open just prior to the 475,000 square-foot parking structure, which was announced at the end of 2017, with an anticipated completion date of October 2018.
